| ملخص عربي : تنطلق الدراسة من هدف عام وهو بيان دور تطبيق معايير الحوكمة على القطاع الخيري في المجتمع السعودي دراسة ميدانية على الجمعيات الخيرية ، ويندرج تحت هذا الهدف الرئيس عدة أهداف فرعية تتمثل في التعرف على معايير الحكومة في القطاع الخيري في منطقة الرياض ، دور معايير الحوكمة في تحسين أداء القطاع الخيري ، معوقات تطبيق معايير الحوكمة بالجمعيات الخيرية ، وبناءاً على الدراسة الميدانية التي أجراها الباحث وتم تطبيقها على العاملين في المؤسسات الخيرية بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، فضلاً عن عرض الإطار النظري للحوكمة في المؤسسات الخيرية والعديد من الدراسات السابقة تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات The study is based on a general objective, which is to clarify the role of applying governance standards to the charitable sector in Saudi society, a field study on charitable associations. Under this main objective, there are several sub-objectives, which are: identifying government standards in the charitable sector in the Riyadh region, the role of governance standards in improving the performance of the charitable sector, and obstacles to applying governance standards in charitable associations. Based on the field study conducted by the researcher and applied to workers in charitable institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to presenting the theoretical framework of governance in charitable institutions and many previous studies, many results and recommendations were reached that the researcher is trying to monitor and rely on in order to reach a proposed scientific vision for the role of governance in charitable institutions and increase their effectiveness. | ||||
