| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلي التعرف علي : تأثير برنامج تأهيلي حركي علي القياسات الأنثروبومترية للسيدات البدينات في سن اليأس " من خلال 1- التعرف علي تأثير البرنامج التأهيلي علي القياسات الأنثروبومترية. (السن ,الوزن, الطول ,مؤشر كتلة الجسم) للسيدات البدينات في سن اليأس. منهج الدراسة: استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي باستخدام التصميم التجريبي لمجموعه تجريبيه واحده باستخدام القياسات (القبلية- البينية- البعدية) وذلك نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. مجتمع الدراسة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من السيدات البدينات الذي يعانون من اضطرابات في الغدة الدرقية والمحولين من أطباء الباطنة والغدد الصماء بعمر (45-٥5) سنة. في ضوء اهداف البحث وفروضه وفي حدود طبيعه العينه واستنادُا علي المعالجات الاحصائيه للنتائج وتفسيرها توصل الباحث الي الاستنتاجات التاليه: ليس هناك تأثير كبير لممارسة النشاط البدني عند شدة 70% من HRMAX على هرمونات الغدة الدرقية عند ممارسة النشاط البدني عند فئة الإناث ممن يعانين من كسل الغدة الدرقية. تعتبر ممارسة الانشطة البدنية بشدة متوسطة مناسبة لمرضى كسل الغدة الدرقية حتى اذا نسي المريض تناول الثيروكسين ليوم واحد. This research aims to identify : The effect of a motor rehabilitation program on the anthropometric measurements of obese menopausal women” through 1- Identify the effect of the rehabilitation program on anthropometric measurements (age, weight, height, body mass index) of obese menopausal women. (age, weight, height, body mass index) of obese menopausal women. Methodology of the study: The researcher used the experimental method using an experimental design for one experimental group using measurements (pre, inter, and post) due to its suitability for the nature of the research. Study population: The study population consisted of obese women suffering from thyroid disorders and referred from internists and endocrinologists aged (45-55) years. In light of the research objectives and hypotheses, and within the limits of the nature of the sample, and based on the statistical treatments and interpretation of the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions There is no significant effect of physical activity at 70% HRMAX intensity on thyroid hormones when practicing physical activity in females with hypothyroidism. Moderate intensity physical activity is suitable for patients with euthyroidism even if the patient forgets to take thyroxine for one day. | ||||
