| In view of this research, which was conducted by researchers to identify environmental security and its relationship to the motivation and work achievement of hotel workers in Cairo and Sharm El-Sheikh on a sample of workers in hotels in Cairo and Sharm El-Sheikh, the results of the current research proved that the dimension of environmental security and work achievement in the tourism sector in Egypt, especially in the current situation, came with a great result, and this may be due to the extent of knowledge of workers in the tourism sector about environmental security and its relationship to motivation and work achievement in the tourism sector. | ||||
