| Abstract | ||||
| يتناولُ هذا البحثُ حُكْمَ العَمَلِ بالحَديثِ الضَّعيفِ في فضائلِ الأعمالِ، مِنْ خِلالِ استِعْراضِ الأقْوالِ في المسألةِ، وتَحْريرِ نسبتها إلى قائليها، وذِكْرِ الحُجَجِ المقبولةِ لكلِّ قولٍ، ومناقشةِ تلكَ الحُججِ في ضوءِ الأصولِ العلميَّةِ المعتبرة. وبَرزَ في المسألةِ قولانِ متقابلانِ، الجوازُ، وعدمه، ثمَّ جنحَ الباحثُ إلى طَرْحِ بعضِ القواعِدِ المعينةِ على الاحتياطِ في العمل بالحديثِ الضَّعيفِ، وأضافَ أمثلةً تنطبِقُ عليها شروطُ القائلينَ بالحوازِ، وأخرى لا تنطبقُ عليها الشُّروطُ المتَّفقِ عليها بين العلماءِ. This research deals with the ruling on acting according to a weak hadith regarding the virtues of deeds, by reviewing the opinions on the issue, clarifying their attribution to those who said them, mentioning the acceptable arguments for each statement, and discussing those arguments in light of the considered scientific principles. Two opposing opinions emerged on the issue: its permissibility and its non-permissibility. Then the researcher tended to put forward some specific rules for precaution in working with weak hadiths, and added examples to which the conditions of those who believe in possession apply, and others to which the conditions agreed upon among scholars do not apply. | ||||
