| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي تأثير فاعلية برنامج وقائي حركي للعضلة الضامة في ضوء التحليل الحركي لبعض المهارات الأساسية لناشئي كرة القدم ، حيث اجريت الدراسة علي لاعبين كرة قدم بمرحله الناشين والتى تراوحت اعمارهم من(12 : 14) وكان عددهم (9) لاعبين، تم توزيعهم كالتالى (6) لاعبين للدراسة الأساسية، حيث تم إجراء ثلاث محاولات لكل لاعب، ثم اختيار أفضل محاولتين لكل لاعب طبقاً لسرعة وقوة الركلة والاداء الفنى الصحيح وبذلك أصبحت عينة البحث(12) محاولة، وعدد (3) لاعبين من خارج العينة الأساسية للبحث لإجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية .، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته طبيعة البحث والقياسات المستخدمة هدف البحث . وقد اظهرت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية ، بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي في المتغيرات قيد البحث، بعض المتغيرات البدنية (القوة العضلية – المدي الحركي) ومتغير الاداء المهاري للمهارة قيد البحث، وبعض المتغيرات البيوميكانيكية (محصلة السرعة عند مركز ثقل الجسم، محصلة العجلة، محصلة القوة عند مركز ثقل وصلة القدم الركل، محصلة السرعة والعجلة والقوة وكمية الحركة عند مركز ثقل وصلة قدم الركل)، حيث اظهرت تلك النتائج تحسن ملحوظ ذو دلالة معنوية لصالح القياس البعدي فى المتغيرات قيد البحث (البدني والمهاري والبيوميكانيكي). **Research Abstract** **Title:** The Impact of the Effectiveness of a Preventive Motor Program for the Adductor Muscle in Light of the Motion Analysis of Some Basic Skills in Junior Football Players **Objective:** The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a preventive motor program for the adductor muscle in light of the motion analysis of some basic skills in junior football players. **Sample:** The study was conducted on 9 junior football players aged between 12 and 14. They were distributed as follows: 6 players for the main study, where each player performed three attempts, and the best two attempts for each player were selected based on the speed, force of the kick, and correct technical performance, resulting in a total of 12 attempts. Additionally, 3 players were selected from outside the main research sample for the pilot study. **Methodology:** The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the research and the measurements used in the study. **Key Findings:** The statistical analysis results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements, favoring the post-measurements in the variables under study. These variables included some physical variables (muscle strength and range of motion), skill performance of the skill under study, and some biomechanical variables (resultant speed at the center of gravity, resultant acceleration, resultant force at the center of gravity of the kicking foot, resultant speed, acceleration, force, and momentum at the center of gravity of the kicking foot). These results indicated a noticeable and statistically significant improvement in the post-measurements for the variables under study (physical, skill, and biomechanical). | ||||
