| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث. يهدف البحث للتعرف علي دور البرامج التنمية الإدارية في تطوير أداء الموارد البشرية بمديريه الشباب والرياضة بمحافظه كفر الشيخ ، إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة وأهمية وأهداف البحث ، قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من العاملين(مديري الإدارات – وكلاء المديرية - الأخصائيين - الإداريين) بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وتكونت عينة البحث من (160) فرداً وتم تقسيمهم إلي عدد(30) فرد لإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية وعدد(10) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد(120) فرد لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية النهائية لإستمارة الاستبيان ،في ضوء نتائج التحليل الوصفي وفي حدود عينة البحث وعلى ضوء أهداف البحث والإمكانات المتاحة أمكنت الباحثة التوصل إلى الإستخلاصات التالية: تبذل المديرية جهداً كافياً في مجال تنمية موظفيها لتطوير مستوي الاداء الوظيفي - تولي إدارة المديرية إهتماماً كبيراً بتنمية قدرات ومهارات كافة العاملين بها .وعدد(10) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد(120) فرد لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية النهائية لإستمارة الاستبيان ،في ضوء نتائج التحليل الوصفي وفي حدود عينة البحث وعلى ضوء أهداف البحث والإمكانات المتاحة أمكنت الباحثة التوصل إلى الإستخلاصات التالية: تبذل المديرية جهداً كافياً في مجال تنمية موظفيها لتطوير مستوي الاداء الوظيفي - تولي إدارة المديرية إهتماماً كبيراً بتنمية قدرات ومهارات كافة العاملين بها . **Research Abstract** **Title:** The Role of Administrative Development Programs in Improving the Performance of Human Resources at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate **Objective:** The research aims to identify the role of administrative development programs in improving the performance of human resources at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. **Methodology:** The researcher used the descriptive method with a survey approach due to its suitability for the nature, importance, and objectives of the research. The research sample was stratified and randomly selected from employees (department managers, deputy directors, specialists, and administrators) at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The sample consisted of 160 individuals, divided into 30 individuals for statistical treatments, 10 individuals for the pilot study, and 120 individuals for the final application of the questionnaire. **Key Findings:** Based on the results of the descriptive analysis and within the scope of the research sample and objectives, the researcher concluded the following: 1. The directorate makes sufficient efforts in developing its employees to improve their job performance. 2. The management of the directorate places significant importance on enhancing the abilities and skills of all its employees. | ||||
