Abstract | ||||
The learner is the core of the educational institution and the most important educational product, as educational systems are built and designed to help them keep pace with scientific and practical advancements. Therefore, significant effort, planning, and development are dedicated to continuous improvement. In recent decades, there have been remarkable advancements in artificial intelligence technologies, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP). ChatGPT is an advanced AI model based on NLP techniques. The present study aimed to measure the effectiveness of NLP-based AI techniques in enhancing the learner's experience and encouraging the use of AI tools in the educational process. The study sample consisted of 42 students enrolled in an Introduction to Computer Applications course. The results indicated statistically significant differences due to the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable, highlighting differences between the experimental and control groups.
