Abstract | ||||
This thesis aimed to investigate the Role of Knowledge Management in Developing Managers. applied study on Petroleum production companies within the Greater Cairo City.where Knowledge Management was divided into three basic dimensions: (Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Dissemination, Responsiveness to Knowledge), and Developing Managers has been divided into three basic dimensions: (Achieving results, Building working relationships, Strategic competencies). The researcher relied on the descriptive method as it is the most widely used method in the social sciences. the researcher used the survey list to collect data on the research variables, then subjected the collected data to appropriate statistical analysis methods in order to achieve the research objectives and test the validity of the research hypotheses. The study established that Knowledge Management with its dimension (Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Dissemination, Responsiveness to Knowledge) has a positive and statistically statistically significant effect on the corporate Developing Managers with its dimension (Achieving results, Building working relationships, Strategic competencies) in Petroleum production companies within the Greater Cairo City. | ||||
