Tools: Three tools were used: Tool (I) include two parts: Part (1): Demographic data of elderly patients. Part: (2): Health history of elderly patients. Tool (II): Short Form Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) questionnaire. Tool (III): Swallowing quality of life questionnaire. Results: Mean age of studied elderly was 73.59 ± 7.41. Most of elderly patients with dysphagia had nutritional disturbance and moderate SWAL-QoL mean score. Conclusion: The majority of studied elderly patients with dysphagia had nutritional disturbance and moderate quality of life. There was statistically significance positive correlation between Mini Nutritional Assessment and swallowing quality of life.
