Abstract
شهدت مسابقات ألعاب القوى تطورًا ملحوظًا في الأرقام القياسية خلال العقود الماضية، ويُعزى هذا التطور إلى تبني أساليب تدريبية حديثة تتلاءم ومتطلبات الأداء الفني لكل مسابقة، ولا يمكن تحقيق هذه الإنجازات الرقمية دون السعي المستمر نحو تطوير استراتيجيات تدريبية مبتكرة تُمكِّن المدربين والرياضيين من الوصول إلى أعلى المستويات
وتعد الأساليب التدريبية الحديثة ركيزةً أساسيةً في منظومة الإعداد البدني، نظرًا لدورها الحيوي في تحسين وتطوير القدرات البدنية الخاصة
هدف البحث
يهدف إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي باستخدام التدريبات الوظيفية النموذجية لمسابقة دفع الجلة ومعرفة تأثيره على
تحسين قوة وقدرة عضلات الجذع (القوة القصوى لعضلات الظهر – القوة القصوى لعضلات البطن – القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الظهر – القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات البطن - القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الجانبين (الأيمن – الأيسر)) لعينة البحث الأساسية.
تحسين بعض القدرات التوافقية الخاصة (القدرة على الربط الحركي – القدرة على بذل الجهد المناسب – القدرة على التوازن الحركي) لعينة البحث الأساسية.
تحسين المستوى الرقمي لعينة الأساسية.
فروض
توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات القياسات القبلية والبعدية في قوة وقدرة عضلات الجذع (قوة عضلات الظهر – قوة عضلات البطن – قوة عضلات الجانب الأيسر – قوة عضلات الجانب الأيمن) لدى عينة البحث الأساسية ولصالح القياسات البعدية.
توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات القياسات القبلية في بعض القدرات التوافقية الخاصة (القدرة على الربط الحركي – القدرة على بذل الجهد المناسب – القدرة على التوازن الحركي) لعينة البحث الأساسية ولصالح القياسات البعدية.
توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات القياسين القبلي والبعدي في المستوى الرقمي لدى عينة البحث الأساسية ولصالح القياس البعدي.
Athletics competitions have witnessed remarkable progress in records over the past decades. This development is attributed to adopting modern training methods that align with the technical performance requirements of each event. These digital achievements wouldn't be possible without continuous efforts to develop innovative training strategies that enable coaches and athletes to reach the highest levels.
Modern training methods serve as a cornerstone in the physical preparation system due to their vital role in enhancing and developing specific physical abilities.
Research Goal: The study aims to design a training program using model-based functional training for the shot put event and to determine its impact on:


Improving the strength and power of core muscles (e.g., maximum strength of back and abdominal muscles, speed-strength of the back, abdominal, and side muscles on both the right and left sides) for the research sample.


Enhancing specific coordination abilities (e.g., motor linking ability, appropriate effort exertion, and motor balance) for the research sample.


Improving the digital performance level of the research sample.


Hypotheses:


There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in the strength and power of core muscles (e.g., back muscles, abdominal muscles, left and right side muscles) in favor of the post-measurements.


Statistically significant differences exist between the pre- and post-measurements in some specific coordination abilities (e.g., motor linking ability, appropriate effort exertion, and motor balance) in favor of the post-measurements.


Statistically significant differences are found between the pre- and post-measurements in the digital performance level of the research sample, favoring the post-measurements.
