Aim: To investigate the digital competence of nursing interns and its relation to career needs and career maturity. Research design: A descriptive, correlational research design was utilized. Subjects: A simple random sampling of nursing interns (n=115), who were registered in the academic year 2024-2025. Tools: Three tools were used; Tool I: Digital Competence Scale; Tool II: Career Needs Questionnaire; and Tool III: Career Maturity Inventory-Form C. Results: Current study revealed that more than half of nursing interns (51%) had high level of digital competence and 56% of them had high level of career needs; while 58% of them had moderate level of career maturity. Conclusion: There was a highly statistical significant positive correlation between total nursing interns’ digital competence and total career needs and career maturity.
