| Abstract | ||||
| The world of the sea is a natural symbol that has attracted the attention of artists for its mystery and can suggest an innovative fashion collection, and the problem with the research is that the nature of the tourist sites of the Red Sea governorate requires the continued need to use masquerade clothing in year-round celebrations in tourist villages or schools, people are forced to buy masquerade costumes that are imported and inspired by the West and its ideas repeated like Snow White or Superman or from horror and imagination. The researcher hypothesises that one of the environmental institutions in Egypt will organise a costume festival at the aquarium in the Red Sea governorate.
