| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص: كما هو معروفٌ في السياسة بمبدأ وراثة دولة لجهود دولة أخرى سواء في الناحية الدينيَّة، أو السياسيَّة، أو الاقتصاديَّة، فقد ورثت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكيَّة جهود بريطانيا التنصيريَّة في تحويل مسلمي منطقة الخليج العربي إلى المسيحيَّة منذ عام 1889م من خلال مُداواة مرضى تلك المنطقة داخل مؤسساتها الطبيَّة التي أقامتها بها، وهذا ما يتناوله البحث تفصيلًا، بالإضافة إلى العقبات التي واجهتها، والدَّعم الذي منيت به، ونتائج تلك الجهود سواء من الناحية الطبيَّة أو التنصيريَّة. Abstract: As is known in politics as the principle of one country inheriting the efforts of another country, whether in the religious, political or economic aspects, the United States of America inherited Britain’s missionary efforts to convert the world’s Muslims to Christianity since 1889 AD after it strengthened its relations with the Arab region by establishing cultural and religious institutions, to achieve its hidden goal of Christianization by treating the patients of the Arabian Gulf region through its medical institutions that it established there, and this is what the research discusses in detail, in addition to the obstacles it faced, the support it received, and the results of those efforts, whether from the medical or missionary aspects. | ||||
