| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على التحدِّيات التي تُواجه تقديم الخدمات المساندة للطلبة الصُّمِّ وضعاف السمع في مدينة مكة المكرَّمة من وجهة نظر المعلِّمين. وقد استُخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي في الدراسة، حيث تكوَّنَت عيِّنة الدراسة من (70) معلِّمًا ومعلِّمة بواقع (34 معلِّمًا 36 معلِّمة)، للكشف عن الفروق بينهم في معرفة التحدِّيات التي تُواجه تقديم الخدمات المساندة للطلبة الصُّمِّ وضعاف السمع، تبعًا لعددٍ من المتغيِّرات، والمتمثِّلة في: نوع البرنامج، الجنس، المرحلة الدراسية التي يتمُّ تعليمها، المؤهَّل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة. ولتعرُّف المشكلة البحثية تم استخدام أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) والتي تكوَّنَت من خمسة أبعاد رئيسية: (خدمات نفسية وإرشادية، خدمات التأهيل والتدريب السمعي والنطق، خدمات القياس السمعي، خدمات الصحة المدرسية، التحدِّيات التي تُواجه تقديم الخدمات المساندة للطلبة الصُّمِّ وضعاف السمع). أسفرت النتائج عن أبرز التحدِّيات في تقديم الخدمات المساندة للطلاب الصُّمِّ وضعاف السمع، مُرتَّبة تنازليًّا على النحو الآتي: (1) خدمات القياس السمعي، يليها (2) خدمات التأهيل والتدريب السمعي والنطق، يليها (3) خدمات الصحة المدرسية، يليها (4) خدمات نفسية وإرشادية، وأخيرًا (5) التحدِّيات التي تُواجه تقديم الخدمات المساندة للطلبة الصُّمِّ وضعاف السمع. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عيِّنة الدراسة في البُعد الخامس لمتغير نوع البرنامج ومتغير الجنس. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد الدراسة حول (البُعد الأوَّل: خدمات نفسية وإرشادية، البُعد الثاني: خدمات التأهيل والتدريب السمعي والنطق، البُعد الثالث: خدمات القياس السمعي، البُعد الرابع: خدمات الصحة المدرسية) تُعزى لمتغير نوع البرنامج لصالح معهد الأمل، ومتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. كما أشارت الدراسة أيضًا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد الدراسة لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to identify the challenges facing the provision of support services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the city of Makkah from the perspective of teachers. The descriptive survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of 70 teachers (34 male and 36 female) to explore the differences in their knowledge of the challenges in providing support services to deaf and hard-of-hearing students based on several variables: program type, gender, teaching level, academic qualification, and years of experience. A questionnaire, which covered five main dimensions (psychological and counseling services, auditory and speech rehabilitation and training services, auditory assessment services, school health services, and challenges in providing support services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students), was used to investigate the research problem. The results revealed the most significant challenges in providing support services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students, ranked in descending order as follows: (1) auditory assessment services, followed by (2) auditory and speech rehabilitation and training services, (3) school health services, (4) psychological and counseling services, and finally, (5) challenges in providing support services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. The results also indicated no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample for the fifth dimension based on program type and gender. However, there were statistically significant differences in the responses regarding the first dimension (psychological and counseling services), second dimension (auditory and speech rehabilitation and training services), third dimension (auditory assessment services), and fourth dimension (school health services), attributed to program type in favor of the Institute of Hope and to gender in favor of females. Additionally, the study showed no statistically significant differences in the responses based on years of experience. | ||||
