| Abstract | ||
| الاستوداع هو فعل طلب الحفظ والرعاية من الله تعالى، بمعنى أن يحسن المسلم توكله على الله سبحانه وتعالى ويستودع عنده كل ما يهمه في حياته ، فمثلا أن يسلم المسلم أمانة ما، سواء كانت مالاً، أو عائلة، أو صحة، أو حتى وقتاً إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى، ويطلب منه أن يحفظها له. ويُعتبر الاستوداع في الإسلام تعبيراً عن التوكل على الله والاعتراف بأن الله هو الحافظ والمعين لكل الأمور، وأن المسلم مهما كان حريصا على أموره، فإن حمايته الكاملة تأتي من الله سبحانه وتعالى ، ولأهمية هذا الموضوع وارتباطه بالتوكل على الله تعالى ، وعلاقته الوثيقة بالأمانة والوديعة ، اشتمل هذا البحث على مفهوم الاستوداع وحقيقته في ضوء السنة النبوية، حيث قمت بتعريف الاستوداع لغة وشرعا، وبيان مشروعيته من الكتاب والسنة وكذلك بيان أهميته من الناحية الشرعية والاجتماعية ، ثم بيان الأحاديث المتعلقة بالاستوداع في ضوء السنة النبوية، ثم بيان ثمرته ، وأثره علي الفرد والمجتمع. It is the act of asking for protection and care from God Almighty, meaning that a Muslim relies on God Almighty and deposits everything that matters to him in his life. For example, a Muslim hands over a trust, whether it is money, family, health, or even time, to God Almighty and asks him to keep it for him. It is an expression of tawakkul on Allah and recognition that Allah is the keeper and provider of all things, and that no matter how careful a Muslim is about his affairs, his full protection comes from Allah Almighty, and because of the importance of this topic and its connection to tawakkul on Allah Almighty, and its close relationship with trust and deposit. This research included the concept of trust and its reality in the light of the Prophetic Sunnah, where I defined trust in language and sharia, explained its legitimacy from the Book and Sunnah, explained its importance from the legal and social point of view, then explained its fruit and its impact on the individual and society, and then explained the hadiths related to trust in the light of the Prophetic Sunnah. | ||
