| هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتحقق من مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى المعلمات المطلقات، ومدى وجود فروق في الصمود النفسية لديهن وفق بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية كالسن ووجود أبناء. تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها (100) معلمة مطلقة بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة السويس، وتم استخدام مقياس الصمود النفسي إعداد الباحثة، توصلت نتائج الدراسة لوجود مستوى فوق المتوسط من الصمود النفسي لدى المعلمات المطلقات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصمود النفسي تبعاً لمتغيري (السن، ووجود أبناء). وتم وضع بعض التوصيات في ضوء تلك النتائج. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصمود النفسي – المعلمات المطلقات – المتغيرات الديموغرافية Abstract The current study aimed to verify the level of psychological resilience among divorced female teachers, and the extent of differences in their psychological resilience according to some demographic variables such as age and the presence of children. The study was applied to a sample of (100) divorced female teachers in secondary schools in Suez Governorate, and the psychological resilience scale prepared by the researcher was used. The results of the study showed that there is an above average level of psychological resilience among divorced female teachers. There were no statistically significant differences in psychological resilience according to the variables (age and presence of children). Some recommendations were made in light of these results.
