| Abstract | ||||
| إن الدور الذي يلعبه فريق التصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث من الأهمية لأنه أخذ شكلاً وبعداً جديداً من خلال تطور الأنشطة الصناعية وتعدد المراحل والمهام الخاصة بعمليات التصميم/ أو التطوير/ أو الابتكار، تتطلب هذا وضع تحديد واضح لمسؤوليات وعمل فريق التصميم وهي تتنوع وتختلف من مؤسسة إلى أخرى عند إيجاز وإتمام لعملية مشروع التصميم وليس مجرد التحديث والتعديل لمنتج الأثاث في حدود الإمكانيات الفنية والتكنولوجية لمواكبة اقتصاديات وآليات السوق، مما قد يعرض فريق التصميم إلى العديد من المعوقات والمشكلات تعيق العملية التصميمية مالم يستطيع القيام بمهام وظائفه المتعددة المكلف بها على أكمل وجه.* مشكلة البحث: من هنا تتمثل المشكلة في المعوقات والمشكلات الخاصة بالدور الذي يلعبه فريق التصميم بإدارة التصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث.* هدف البحث: يتمثل في تفعيل الدور الذي يلعبه فريق التصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث لتغلب على المعوقات والمشكلات والقصور سالفة الذكر التي تواجه والعمل على معالجتها بموجبه تساعد عفي نجاح الملية التصميمية وتحدد التفوق للمؤسسة الصناعية بين منافسيها طبقاً لاقتصاديات وآليات السوق.* أهمية البحث: تأتي أهمية البحث في إلقاء الضوء وإبراز الدور الفاعل والنشط لفريق التصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث من خلال تفعيل دوره والإلتزام بأسلوب عمل عند إجراء العملية التصميميمة.* منهجية البحث: يقوم البحث على استخدام المنهج التحليلي النقدي من خلال التحليل الوصفي بجمع المعلومات والبيانات لإلقاء الضوء وإبراز الدور الفاعل والنشط الذي يلعبه فريق التصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث. * النتائج: حدد الهدف من عمل فريق التصميم الذي اعتمد على إجراء عملية وصف للعمل المطلوب والاعتبارات التي على أساسها الحكم على طبيعته بمنتج الأثاث المراد تصميمه، وعلى هذا الأساس يمكن تكوين الأسلوب الذي عن طريقه تحديد الكيفية ومن سينفذ..* المناقشات: إنتاج التصميم يتطلب دراسة اقتصاديات وآليات السوق لوضع التصورات ولإعداد التصميم ووضع التصميم الأولي ثم التصميم التفصيلي والنهائي. هذا ممكن من خلال الإلتزام بمنهج معين لاختيار نظام العمل التصميمي لتصميم منتج الأثاث من قبل فريق التصميم دون اللجوء إلى أسلوب المحاولة والخطأ. * الخلاصة: معالجة القصور الذي يواجه فرقالتصميم بالمؤسسة الصناعية المنتجة للأثاث والتي تساعد في تحقيق وتحديد التفوق بالمؤسسة الصناعية. * التوصيات: الارتباط المباشر بينواقع السوق ونظم التصميم داخل المؤسسات المنتجة للأثاث. The role played by the design team in the industrial institution producing furniture is important because it has taken a new form and dimension through the development of industrial activities and the multiplicity of stages and tasks related to the design/development/innovation processes. This requires a clear definition of the responsibilities and work of the design team, which vary and differ from one institution to another when summarizing and completing the design project process and not just updating and modifying the furniture product within the limits of technical and technological capabilities to keep pace with the economics and mechanisms of the market, which may expose the design team to many obstacles and problems that hinder the design process unless it can perform the tasks of its multiple functions assigned to it in the best possible way.* Research problem: Hence, the problem is represented in the obstacles and problems related to the role played by the design team in the design management of the industrial institution producing furniture.* Research objective: It is represented in activating the role played by the design team in the industrial institution producing furniture to overcome the aforementioned obstacles, problems and shortcomings that it faces and working to address them accordingly to help in the success of the design process and determine the superiority of the industrial institution among its competitors according to the economics And market mechanisms.* Importance of the research: The importance of the research comes in shedding light and highlighting the effective and active role of the design team in the industrial establishment producing furniture by activating its role and adhering to a work method when carrying out the design process.* Research methodology: The research is based on using the critical analytical approach through descriptive analysis by collecting information and data to shed light and highlight the effective and active role played by the design team in the industrial establishment producing furniture. * Results: The goal of the design team's work was determined, which was based on conducting a description process for the required work and the considerations on the basis of which the nature of the furniture product to be designed is judged. On this basis, the method can be formed through which the method and who will implement it are determined.* Discussions: Design production requires studying the economics and mechanisms of the market to develop concepts, prepare the design, and develop the initial design, then the detailed and final design. This is possible by adhering to a specific approach to choosing the design work system to design the furniture product by the design team without resorting to the trial and error method. * Conclusion: Addressing the shortcomings facing the design teams in the industrial establishment producing furniture, which helps in achieving and defining excellence in the industrial establishment. * Recommendations: Direct link between market reality and design systems within furniture producing institutions. | ||||
