| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة صيغ التعليم الفني بجمهورية مصر العربية على ضوء مفهوم مستقبل العمل، مع تقديم آليات تنفيذية لتطوير صيغ التعليم الفني ومخرجاته في ضوء متطلبات مستقبل العمل، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بما في ذلك الإطار النظري ومراجعة الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات السابقة، وتضمنت النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث نتائج ذات صلة بالإطار النظري تسلط الضوء على صيغ التعليم الفني في جمهورية مصر العربية، مع الإشارة إلى أهم المشكلات والصعوبات التي قد تحد من تحقيق أهداف التعليم الفني وتطوره بمصر، وتتمثل في ضعف العلاقة بين مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم الفني والمهارات المطلوبة لمهن ووظائف المستقبل في مواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل المعاصر، وتقديم مقترحات إجرائية لتطوير صيغ التعليم الفني على ضوء مفهوم مستقبل العمل المحلي والدولي، في مجتمع عصر المعلومات والمعرفة، وثورات الاتصالات والتكنولوجية والرقمنة، وأبرزها تفعيل العلاقة الديناميكية بين مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم الفني واحتياجات مستقبل العمل، وتوطيد العلاقة بين رجال الأعمال وواضعي سياسات التعليم الفني والعمل على تحسين العلاقة بين مؤسسات التعليم الفني والقطاع العام والخاص بالمجتمع. The current research aims to develop technical education formulas in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Providing executive mechanisms to develop technical education formulas and its outputs in light of the requirements of the future of work. The research used the descriptive approach, including the theoretical framework and a review of educational literature and previous studies. The results reached by the research included results related to the theoretical framework that shed light on technical education formulas in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with reference to the most important problems and difficulties that may limit the achievement of technical education goals and its development in Egypt, represented by the weak relationship between the outputs of technical education institutions and the skills required for future professions and jobs in the face of the requirements of the contemporary labor market, and to present procedural proposals and future directions to develop technical education formulas in light of the concept of the future of local and international work, in the information and knowledge age society, and the revolutions of communications, technology and digitization, most notably activating the dynamic relationship between the outputs of technical education institutions and the needs of the future of work, and consolidating the relationship between businessmen and technical education policy makers and working to improve the relationship between technical education institutions and the public and private sectors in society. | ||||
