Abstract | ||||
The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of the role of organizational variables (organizational structure, information systems, degree of participation) on the achievement of institutional capacity standards (strategic planning, leadership and governance, quality management and development, administrative apparatus, financial and material resources, community participation and environmental development) in Egyptian public universities, and to achieve this, the researchers applied the research to (4) Egyptian public universities (Cairo - Ain Shams - Assiut - Sohag), and the number of items of the sampling unit was (200) items. The results of the study revealed that there is a positive effect between organizational variables and the standards of institutional capacity in general, strategic planning, leadership and governance, quality management and development, administrative apparatus, financial and material resources, community participation and environmental development, for the total study population as well as for the four universities under study. | ||||
