Abstract | ||||
إ The main objective of this research was to Construct scale for measuring the decision-making skills in the Egyptian Agricultural Extension Organization, and to test its validity and reliability among agricultural extension work leaders. The scale included three components: identifying problems and collecting facts, setting goals, and making decisions and doing work. The research was conducted in three randomly selected governorates: Gharbia, Qalyubia, and Beheira. The study included (58) researchers from agricultural extension work leaders. (20) researchers in Gharbia Governorate, (18) researchers in Qalyubia Governorate, and (20) researchers in Beheira Governorate. The data were collected by personal interview using a questionnaire during January 2025. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of the scale. Self-validity, statistical validity, and construct validity or internal consistency were also tested. The results showed high reliability and validity of the scale, as the reliability coefficient extracted by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.96, and the reliability coefficient was 0.98. Thus, the scale is considered valid for measuring decision-making skills in the Egyptian Agricultural Extension Organization. | ||||
