| Abstract | ||||
| في سياق التحول الرقمي المتسارع الذي يشهده قطاع التعليم، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف وتحليل عميق لتجربة طلاب برنامج تقنية المعلومات والمكتبات المميز بكلية الآداب جامعة طنطا مع تقنية ChatGPT.سعت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل أنماط واشكال استخدام طلاب البرنامج المميز لتقنية المعلومات والمكتبات لتقنية ChatGPT.وتحديد أغراض وأهداف استخدام ChatGPT في العملية التعليمية، وتقييم فعالية وجدوى الاعتماد على ChatGPT في التعليم مع تحديد التحديات والمخاطر المرتبطة باستخدام ChatGPT في العملية التعليمية، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين استخدام ChatGPT في البيئة الأكاديمية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتيح استخدام أدوات التحليل والتفسير والمقارنة لجمع البيانات من الواقع وفق تساؤلات الدراسة وحدودها، وقد تم تبويب ومعالجة هذه البيانات بالوصف والتحليل والتفسير للإجابة على التساؤلات وتحقيق الأهداف. استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، بالإضافة إلى المقابلات الشخصية والملاحظة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، مثل النسب والتكرارات ومعامل التطابق النسبي كا2؛ وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج الهامة منها: نسبه 61.77% من الطلاب يستخدمون ChatGPT، بينما 38.23% لا يستخدمونه، من أهم أغراض استخدام الطلاب لتقنيه ChatGPT أن 56.79% يستخدمونه للتعلم الذاتي، 55.83% يستخدمونه لإعداد الأبحاث، ومن اهم أهداف الاستخدام الطلاب لهذه التقنية أن 66.02% يستخدمونه لاكتشاف أفكار بحثية جديدة، و 56.31% يستخدمونه لتحليل البيانات ، ولقياس فعالية ChatGPT نجد أن 78.88% يعتمدون بشكل كامل على النتائج التي يوفرها ChatGPT، كما أشارت 63.83% أنهم يرون أن هذه التقنية ستحل محل المكتبات مستقبلًا، ومن أهم التحديات والمخاطر أن 42.72% من الطلاب يخشون من الاعتماد المفرط على ChatGPT، كما أن 38.83% يرون أن ChatGPT يفتقر إلى العنصر البشري. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتعزيز التدريب والتوعية حول الاستخدام الفعال لـ ChatGPT من خلال تنظيم ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية للطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، توفير موارد تعليمية تشرح كيفية تقييم المعلومات المسترجعة من ChatGPT، دمج ChatGPT في العملية التعليمية والمناهج الدراسية لتعزيز التعلم الذاتي والبحث، تشجيع الطلاب على استخدام ChatGPT في المهام والمشاريع الأكاديمية. In the context of the rapid digital transformation occurring within the education sector, this study aims to conduct an in-depth exploration and analysis of the experiences of students enrolled in the distinguished Information Technology and Libraries Program at the Faculty of Arts, Tanta University, with ChatGPT technology. The study seeks to examine the usage patterns of ChatGPT among these students, identify the purposes and objectives behind its use in the educational process, assess the effectiveness and feasibility of relying on ChatGPT in academic contexts, identify the associated challenges and risks, and offer recommendations for enhancing the utilization of ChatGPT in higher education settings. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, which allows for the application of analytical, interpretive, and comparative tools to collect and examine data based on the study’s research questions and scope. The data were categorized and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to address the research questions and fulfill the study's objectives. A structured questionnaire served as the primary data collection instrument, supported by personal interviews and direct observation. Data analysis was conducted using appropriate statistical methods, including percentages, frequency distributions, and the Chi-square test (χ²). The study produced several key findings, notably that 61.77% of the students reported using ChatGPT, while 38.23% indicated they did not. Among the primary purposes for using ChatGPT, 56.79% used it for self-directed learning, and 55.83% for preparing academic research. In terms of usage objectives, 66.02% of students reported using ChatGPT to generate new research ideas, and 56.31% for data analysis. Regarding perceived effectiveness, 78.88% of students indicated full reliance on the results provided by the tool. Additionally, 63.83% believed that ChatGPT could eventually replace traditional libraries. As for the challenges and risks, 42.72% of students expressed concerns about overdependence on ChatGPT, while 38.83% felt that the technology lacks the human element. In light of these findings, the study recommends strengthening training and awareness initiatives focused on the effective use of ChatGPT. This includes organizing workshops and training sessions for students and faculty members, providing instructional resources on how to critically evaluate AI-generated content, integrating ChatGPT into the educational process and curriculum to support self-learning and academic research, and encouraging students to use ChatGPT in academic tasks and projects. | ||||
