Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to: describe and analyze the guidelines for processing electronic systems for salaries and wages at the Ministry of Finance, and to show models of international standards for archives, especially those related to records management, and to match this guidelines with international standards for archives, the study derives its importance from the importance of the guidelines for processing electronic systems for salaries and wages at the Ministry of Finance, and its management of electronic financial records management, especially salary and wage records management, and other electronic records management. While the study questions: What are the guidelines for processing electronic systems for salaries and wages at the Ministry of Finance? What are the international standards for documents and archives, especially those related to records management (examples of them)? Do these guidelines match the international standards for archives? The study limits from 12/15/2022 AD, until 01/31/2024 AD. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, one of the most important results of the study is the transformation of salary and wage records management in government agencies from their printed paper form to electronic records management. One of the most important recommendations of the study is: the supervision of the Ministry of Finance - including the Public Archives and the Permanent Supreme Committee for Government Archives - and the National Archives over salary and wage records management in the private sector in their paper and electronic form. | ||||
