| Abstract | ||||
| لاشك أن وجود الذكاء الاصطناعي (artificial intelligence)، يثير العديد من الأسئلة التي تتعلق (اقتصاديا) بمصير الوظائف في ظل تنامي دور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى التعرف على مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي (في نظرة سريعة), كما تهدف الدراسة، إلى بحث الأثر الاقتصادي، الذي يحدثه الذكاء الاصطناعي على الوظائف ، مع النظر والبحث في إيجاد حلول للتغلب على هذا الأثر، من خلال نظرة استشرافيه لوجهة نظر التشريعات المقارنة. summary: Undoubtedly, the presence of artificial intelligence (AI) raises numerous questions related to the economic fate of jobs in light of the growing role of AI technologies. Therefore, this study aims to understand the concept of AI (at a glance), as well as to investigate the economic impact of AI on jobs, while examining and researching solutions to overcome this impact through a forward-looking view of comparative legislation.
