| Abstract | ||||
| يعيش العالم المعاصر منذ عدة سنوات تحولات جذرية ومتعددة ومتسارعة في كافة الجوانب، وخاصة تلك المرتبطة بالجوانب التكنولوجية، و يعد جيل زد من أكثر الأجيال ارتباطا بالتكنولوجيا، ويشير هذا الجيل إلى قطاع عريض من الأفراد حول العالم، والذي نشأ في الفترة ما بين منتصف التسعينيات وحتى منتصف العقد الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرين ، وعلى الرغم من أنه الجيل الأصغر، فإنه الأكثر قدرة على التعامل مع التطور التكنولوجي السريع الحادث ويتميز جيل زد - وهو الجيل الذي ولد منذ عام 1997، وحتى عام 2009- بأنه أكثر الأجيال التي تتفاعل بشكل قوي مع التكنولوجيا؛ حيث يعيشون في عالم تتسارع فيه وتيرة التقدم التكنولوجي بشكل لم يسبق له مثيل، وهو ما يتطلب - نتيجة لذلك – دورا أكبر للتعليم في تنمية مهاراتهم بما يمكنهم من مواجهة التحديات الناتجة عن ذلك ومن التفاعل معها بشكل سليم، والاندماج أيضا في سوق العمل وقد تحدد الهدف من البحث في استكشاف وفهم سمات جيل زد عموما، والتحديات التي تواجه جيل زد العربي على وجه الخصوص، سواء كانت تحديات تكنولوجية، أم نفسية، أم اجتماعية، أم تعليمية، ومن ثم معرفة الدور الذي يمكن أن يقوم به التعليم لمساعدتهم في مواجهة تلك التحديات، وذلك بما يجعله قوة دافعة نحو تطوير هذا الجيل واستثمار قدراته، وبما يمكنه من القيام بدور فاعل في إعداد جيل زد للمستقبل وتنمية المهارات التي تمكنه من ذلك Abstract The contemporary world has been experiencing radical, diverse, and rapid transformations for several years across all aspects, especially those related to technology. Generation Z is one of the most technologically connected generations, encompassing a broad sector of individuals around the world who came of age between the mid-1990s and the mid-2020s. Despite being the youngest generation, they are the most adept at dealing with rapid technological advancements. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2009, is characterized by its strong interaction with technology. They live in a world where the pace of technological progress is unprecedented, requiring a greater role for education in developing their skills to face the challenges arising from it and to interact with it properly, as well as integrating into the job market. The aim of this research is to explore and understand the characteristics of Generation Z and the challenges facing Arab Generation Z, whether they are technological, psychological, social, or educational. It aims to identify the role that education can play in helping them confront these challenges, making it a driving force for the development and utilization of their capabilities, enabling them to actively prepare Generation Z for the future and develop the skills necessary for that purpose. | ||||
