| Abstract | ||||
| يتناول هذا البحث تحليل الصورة النمطية التي رسمها الفكر الغربي عن الإسلام والمسلمين، وكيف تَشكّلت هذه الصورة تاريخيًا، منذ بواكير التفاعل بين الإسلام والمسيحية، ثم تطورت وتكرست عبر وسائل متعددة من أبرزها: الحروب الصليبية، الاستعمار، حركة الاستشراق، وأخيرًا الإعلام المعاصر. ويعرض البحث مواقف الغرب تجاه الإسلام، مبينًا ازدواجية الرؤية بين موقف منصف محدود، وموقف عدائي واسع الانتشار، تغذّيه دوافع دينية وسياسية. كما يعالج البحث مواقف المسلمين تجاه الحضارة الغربية، والتي تراوحت بين الرفض المطلق، والذوبان الكامل، والموقف الوسطي المعتدل الذي يزن الأمور بميزان الشرع. ويركّز البحث على تحليل نظريتين معاصرتين بارزتين في الفكر الغربي: نظرية صراع الحضارات لصامويل هنتنغتون، التي تنظر إلى الإسلام كتهديد حضاري لا يمكن التعايش معه. نظرية نهاية التاريخ لفرانسيس فوكوياما، التي ترى في الليبرالية الديمقراطية الأمريكية النموذج النهائي الذي سينتهي إليه تطور البشرية. وقد اتبع البحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي، مستندًا إلى نصوص أصلية للمفكرين الغربيين، ومصادر إسلامية موثوقة، للكشف عن الخلفيات الأيديولوجية والفكرية الكامنة خلف هذه النظريات. وخلص البحث إلى أن النظرة الغربية للإسلام لا تزال أسيرة تصورات مشوَّهة، وأن الغرب يعيش أزمة فكرية عميقة يحاول تجاوزها عبر فرض نماذج فكرية أيديولوجية، في مقابل ثبات الإسلام وامتداد حضارته ومبادئه في كل زمان ومكان. This research analyzes the stereotypical image that Western thought has constructed about Islam and Muslims. It explores the historical development of this image, beginning with early interactions between Islam and Christianity, and tracing its evolution through the Crusades, colonialism, Orientalist discourse, and modern Western media. The study highlights the duality in Western attitudes toward Islam—between a minority of fair-minded scholars and a dominant hostile perspective rooted in religious and political motivations. The research also addresses Muslim responses to Western civilization, categorizing them into three main stances: total rejection, complete submission, and a balanced, moderate approach grounded in Islamic principles. The core focus of the study lies in critically examining two influential Western theories: Samuel Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations", which portrays Islam as an inherent civilizational threat. Francis Fukuyama's "End of History", which claims that Western liberal democracy represents the final form of human government and the endpoint of ideological evolution. Employing an analytical and critical methodology, the study draws upon original texts from Western thinkers and authentic Islamic sources. It concludes that the Western perception of Islam remains deeply flawed and ideologically driven, while Islam continues to offer a coherent and enduring civilizational model rooted in divine guidance. | ||||
