| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث: لما كثرت الأَيمان بالله تبارك وتعالى في مخاطبات كثير من الناس واقترنت بأعمالهم وتصرفاتهم، وذلك لأن الإنسان بطبعه وما جبل عليه يحب أن يؤكد ما يفصح به من قول، ويقوي عزمه على ما يريده أو يمتنع عنه من فعل، فيلجأ إلى اليمين بالله عز وجل للتأكيد على صدق خبره، وما عزم عليه من فعل أو ترك. ولذا فقد تناولت في هذا البحث مسألة اليمين بالله عز وجل، وأنها من جملة العبادات التي تتطلب فيها النية ابتداءً، وأن من حلف بالله تعالى لشخص ما لابد أن تكون نيته في يمينه على نية من طلب منه اليمين، بمعنى يمينك التي تحلفها محمولة على المعنى الذي لو نويته وكنت صادقاً لاعتقد خصمك أنك صادق فيها، وذلك تحرزاً من وقوع الكذب من قبل الحالف على المستحلف. ثم تناولت مسألة التغليظ في اليمين الفاجرة الكاذبة ومدى خطورتها على دين ودنيا من تجرأ وتهاون في أداء هذه اليمين المعظمة، وعقوبة مرتكبها عند الله تعالى. وقمت بترجمة رواة أحاديث غير الصحيحين (البخاري ومسلم) في هامش البحث ترجمة وسطاً بينت فيها اسم كل راوٍ، ونسبه، وكنيته، ولقبه – إن وجد – وخلاصة ما قيل فيه من جرح أو تعديل، وسنة وفاته. ثم أتبع ذلك بذكر المصادر التي اعتمدت عليها في ترجمة الراوي، مرتباً المصادر على الوفيات، ثم حكمت على أسانيد الأحاديث بخلاصة ما ورد في الترجمة بناء على أقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل، وضبطت الأحاديث بالشكل وذلك خشية التصحيف أو التحريف، ووضّحت الكلمات الغريبة الواردة في الأحاديث، وذلك بالرجوع إلى كتب غريب الحديث، وشروح الحديث، ومعاجم اللغة. Abstract: When faith in God abounded, blessed and exalted in the addresses of many people and associated with their actions and behaviors, because man by nature and what he has to do loves to confirm what he discloses from saying, and strengthens his determination to what he wants or refrains from doing, so he resorts to the oath of God Almighty to emphasize the sincerity of his news, and what he decided to do or leave. Therefore, I have dealt in this research with the issue of swearing by God Almighty, and it is among the worship that requires the intention to begin, and that whoever swears by God Almighty to someone must be his intention in his right hand on the intention of asking him to swear, in the sense of your oath, which you swear carried on the meaning that if his intention and you are honest to think your opponent that you are honest in it, and that to guard against the occurrence of lying by the sworn to the sworn one. Then she dealt with the issue of harshness in the false immoral oath and the extent of its danger to the religion and the world of those who dared and negligence in performing this glorious oath, and the punishment of the perpetrator with God Almighty. I translated the narrators of the hadiths of the two non-Sahihs (al-Bukhari and Muslim) in the margin of the research in a middle translation in which I showed the name of each narrator, his lineage, his surname, his surname - if any - and a summary of what was said in it of wounding or modification, and the year of his death. Then followed by mentioning the sources that relied on them in the translation of the narrator, arranging the sources on the deaths, and then judged the chains of transmission of hadiths summary of what was mentioned in the translation based on the statements of scholars wound and modification, and controlled hadiths in the form for fear of correction or distortion, and clarified the strange words contained in the hadiths, by referring to the books of strange hadith, explanations of hadith, and dictionaries of language. . | ||||
