Abstract | ||||
Design thinking represents a technique used in the digital age to solve problems from a human perspective. It is a method for discovering human needs and creating new solutions using tools and thinking methods specific to design practitioners. By using it, we can address a wide range of personal, social, and professional challenges in new and creative ways that draw on our natural human abilities, which are capable of being trained and improved. We understand the governing models and form the ideas that drive us emotionally and functionally. If there is a problem whose dimensions cannot be easily defined or there is insufficient data and information about it, design thinking may enable us to move forward using interaction and participation to form prototypes when it is necessary to achieve creative innovation or a creative leap. This methodology helps us delve deeper into the issue and find new and unconventional solutions and visions. In the twenty-first century, design thinking has become an important method that has entered various branches of science and knowledge. The importance of design thinking for textile printing lies in the ability to meet challenges. Therefore, this research is considered an attempt to find an application for design thinking in the field of textile printing through a design language that combines beauty with authenticity and modernity in order to achieve aesthetic and economic values in printed clothing products.
