| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدِّراسَة إلى التعرف على درجة الرَّفاه الرُّوحي، ودرجة الضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الْمُدرَكة، ودرجة الصَّلابة النَّفسيَّة لدى مُعَلِّمات المدارس الْحُكوميَّة فِي دولة الكويت، والكشف عن العلاقة ما بين الرَّفاه الرُّوحي والضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الْمُدرَكة، والعلاقة بين الرَّفاه الرُّوحي والصَّلابة النَّفسيَّة. استخدمت الدِّراسَة المنهج الوصفِي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدِّراسَة من (403) معلمًة من مُعَلِّمات المدارس الْحُكوميَّة فِي دولة الكويت تَمَّ اختيارهنّ بالطريقة المتيسرة، ولغرض جمع البيانات طبق عليهم مقياس الرَّفاه الرُّوحي، والضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الْمُدرَكة، والصَّلابة النَّفسيَّة. وأظهرت نتائج الدِّراسَة أن مستوى الرَّفاه الرُّوحي لدى المعلمات جاء بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له (4.08)، وأن الضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الْمُدرَكة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لها (2.83)، ودرجة الصَّلابة النَّفسيَّة جاءت مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.69)، وأظهرت أيضاً وجود علاقة سلبية عكسية دالّة إحصائيًا بين الرَّفاه الرُّوحي والضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الْمُدرَكة، ووجود علاقة ايجابية دالّة إحصائيا بين الرَّفاه الرُّوحي والصَّلابة النَّفسيَّة لدى مُعَلِّمات المدارس الْحُكوميَّة فِي دولة الكويت. وتوصي الدِّراسَة ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين من قبل وزارة التربية تتناول كيفِية التعامل مع الضُّغوط النَّفسيَّة الَّتِي تُواجِههم، فقد تساعد مثل هذه الدورات أو اللقاءات على اكساب الْمُعَلِّمات استراتيجيات عامة للتكيف والتعامل مع الضُّغوط الَّتِي تُواجِههن فِي بيئات العمل المختلفة. The study aimed to identify the degree of spiritual well-being, the degree of perceived psychological stress, and the degree of psychological hardiness among public school teachers in the State of Kuwait, and to reveal the relationship between spiritual well-being and perceived psychological stress, and the relationship between spiritual well-being and psychological hardiness. The study used the descriptive, correlational approach, and the study sample consisted of (403) female public school teachers in the State of Kuwait who were selected in the available way, and for the purpose of collecting data, a measure of spiritual well-being, perceived psychological pressure, and psychological hardiness was applied to them. The results of the study showed that the level of spiritual well-being among teachers was high, with a mean of (4.08), and that perceived psychological pressure was moderate, with a mean of (2.83), and the degree of psychological hardiness was high, with a mean of (3.69). It also showed the existence of a statistically significant negative relationship between spiritual well-being and perceived psychological stress, and the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between spiritual well-being and psychological hardiness among female public school teachers in the State of Kuwait. | ||||
