| Abstract | ||||
| يناقش هذا البحث الأثر المتزايد للتكنولوجيا الحديثة على ثقافة الأطفال، ويبرز التغيرات التي طرأت على أساليب تنشئة الطفل في ظل الثورة الرقمية. يؤكد البحث أن التكنولوجيا، رغم تحدياتها، أصبحت جزءًا لا يتجزأ من البيئة الثقافية والتعليمية للطفل، وأسهمت في خلق فضاءات تعليمية جديدة تمكّن الأطفال من التعلم الذاتي والتفاعل مع مصادر معرفية متنوعة دون وساطة تقليدية. كما يشير إلى أن الأطفال لم يعودوا مجرد متلقين، بل أصبحوا منتجين ومبدعين للمحتوى الرقمي، الأمر الذي يتطلب إعادة صياغة دور المؤسسات التربوية والثقافية لتأهيل الطفل العربي ليواكب معطيات عصر المعرفة. يعرض البحث أيضًا الجوانب الإيجابية للتكنولوجيا في تنمية المهارات العقلية والإبداعية ومهارات التواصل، مقابل ما قد تسببه من آثار سلبية كالعزلة والإدمان ومخاطر صحية وسلوكية، ويقترح آليات للحد من هذه التأثيرات من خلال التوجيه الأسري والرقابة الواعية. ويخلص إلى أن التوظيف المتوازن والمدروس للتكنولوجيا يمكن أن يشكل رافدًا فعالًا لتثقيف الطفل وبناء شخصيته بما يلائم تحديات العصر. This study explores the growing impact of modern technology on children's cultural development, highlighting how the digital revolution has transformed traditional approaches to child upbringing. It argues that technology has become an integral part of the educational and cultural environment of the child, enabling self-directed learning and direct access to diverse knowledge sources. Children are no longer passive recipients but are emerging as creators and producers of digital content, which calls for a redefinition of the role of educational and cultural institutions in preparing the Arab child for the knowledge-based era. The research outlines the positive contributions of technology in enhancing cognitive, creative, and communication skills, while also acknowledging the potential risks such as isolation, addiction, and various health and behavioral concerns. It recommends proactive parental guidance and institutional support to mitigate negative effects. Ultimately, the study concludes that a well-balanced and thoughtful integration of technology can be a powerful tool for enriching children's education and supporting their personal development in a rapidly evolving world. | ||||
