انطلاقا من أهمية العناية بموروث العلماء في مختلف علوم الشريعة عموما وأصول الفقه خصوصا، ومشاركة في حفظ هذا الموروث الفريد وإخراجه إلى النور، جاء هذا التحقيق لهذه المنظومة "معارج الوصول إلى علم الأصول" التي نظم فيها متن من أشهر متون علم أصول الفقه. وقد تميزت المنظومة بتناولها لجميع مسائل علم أصول الفقه تقريبا، فقد بدأ بمقدمة ثم فاتحة اشتملت على تعريف علم أصول الفقه وذكر الحكم الشرعي وأقسامه، ثم عقد الكتاب الأول في القران ومباحث دلالات الألفاظ، والكتاب الثاني في السنة، والكتاب الثالث في الإجماع، والكتاب الرابع في القياس، ثم تذييل في الاستصحاب وترتيب الأدلة، ثم خاتمة اشتملت على الاجتهاد والتقليد. وتتميز المنظومات بتسهيل العلم لسهولة حفظها. والتحقيق يهدف إلى الإسهام في إخراج هذه المنظومة والعناية بها؛ إذ لم يسبق نشرها أو تحقيقها، وهو امتداد لجهود إخراج التراث الإسلامي، وإثراء المكتبة الإسلامية بالنافع المفيد ولما كانت النسخة يتيمة، فقد قام منهج التحقيق على العناية بنقل نص الناظم وإثباته، وما كان من أبيات المنظومة غير مفهوم أو فيه كسر فقد أضفت في الحاشية ما يناسب استقامة معنى البيت أو الوزن متى لزم ذلك، مستفيدا من مصادر ومراجع أصول الفقه التي وقفت عليها عموما ومتن الورقات وشروحه خصوصا. وأوضحت القيمة العلمية للمخطوط كمرجع مهم للمبتدئين في طلب العلم، ومن المهم دراسة هذه المنظومة ضمن أبحاث أصول الفقه، واعتبارها مرجعًا للطلاب والباحثين لما تحتويه من فوائد علمية، وتعزيز جهود تحقيق المخطوطات الأصولية وإخراجها للعالم الإسلامي لما لها من أثر كبير في إثراء المكتبة الإسلامية. أسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبل هذا العمل بقبول حسن، وأن ينفع به، والله تعالى أعلم.
Abstract:
Based on the importance of paying attention to the heritage of scholars in the various sciences of Sharia in general and the principles of jurisprudence in particular, and participating in preserving this unique heritage and bringing it to light, this investigation came for this system, "The Pathways to Reaching the Science of Principles," in which the most famous text on the principles of jurisprudence was organized, and it is the first thing to begin with.The student of knowledge in his quest for knowledge. The system was distinguished by its treatment of almost all issues of the science of jurisprudence.It began with an introduction, then an opening that included a definition of the science of jurisprudence and a mention of the legal ruling and its sections.Then it held the first book on the Qur’an and discussions of the semantics of words, the second book on the Sunnah, the third book on consensus, and the fourth book on analogy.Then an appendix to the companionship and arrangement of evidence, then a conclusion that included ijtihad and imitation. The systems are characterized by facilitating knowledge for ease of memorization. The investigation aims to contribute to the production and care of this system.Since it has not been previously published or verified, it is an extension of the efforts to bring out the Islamic heritage and enrich the Islamic library with useful and useful things, and since the copy is an orphan, the investigation method was based on taking care to transmit and prove the text of the nazim, and whatever verses of the system were incomprehensible or contained brokenness, I added in the footnote what was appropriate.Straightening the meaning of the verse or meter whenever necessary Benefiting from the sources and references of the principles of jurisprudence that I came across in general and the text of the papers and its explanations in particular. She explained the scientific value of the manuscript as an important reference for beginners in seeking knowledge.It is important to study this system within the research of the principles of jurisprudence, and to consider it a reference for students and researchers because of the scientific benefits it contains, and to enhance efforts to verify fundamentalist manuscripts and bring them out to the Islamic world because of their great impact in enriching the Islamic library, and encouraging the publication of Such simplified systems contribute to bringing science closer to specialists and students of science.
