Abstract | ||||
This study examines and explores the development of the human capital of workers in community sports for all projects and programs and its adoption as an emerging and distinct professional identity, as key contributors to the promotion of sports cooperative activity, community cohesion, health and social welfare among citizen groups. The research aims to determine the level of human capital of knowledge, information, skills, abilities, experiences and expertise, creativity and innovation, training and development of workers in community-based sports for all projects and programs, according to the research variables. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher also selected a random sample of (55) individuals working in community-based sports for all projects and programs in clubs, youth centers, initiatives and projects affiliated with the Central Administration for Sports Development (General Administration of the Popular Base). A questionnaire form prepared by the researcher was designed as a tool to collect data for the study. The researcher reached the most important conclusions , and that the human capital of workers in community sports for all projects and programs is one of the most important strategic determinants of organizational performance for its ability to affect the survival and development of the institution and improve its competitiveness through the level of knowledge, information , skills, abilities , experiences and expertise , creativity and innovation, training and development | ||||
