Abstract | ||||
Our research deals with the study of the constants and variables in French foreign policy towards francophone countries, through which I sought to shed light on the constants of French foreign policy in the post-cold war period, as this policy does not differ from that followed in the colonial era, despite the emergence of some new developments and variables that occurred in the African regional arena, as well as the international one, which posed, to same extent, major challenges to French interests within francophone counties. | ||||
