Abstract | ||||
Tests were made to evaluate some volatile liquids (ethanol, chloroform, sulphuric acid) and solids (naphthalene, camphor) against immature stages and adults of Sitophilus oryzae that infested wheat grain, also their effect on viability of grains. Results obtained indicated that all tested materials gave high insecticidal efficiency against immature stages and adults, besides they had no effect on germination of grain. | ||||
