| Abstract | ||||
| The authors performed a study titled: The reality of supervision on sports academies in Menofia Governorate. The authors used the descriptive approach with its surveying technique because it is suitable for the research nature. The research main sample is selected purposely from the research community who are responsible for the sports academies in Elmenofia Governorate (board members, sports organizations managers, sports supervisors, administrative personnel and coaches). The research main sample are (1000) individuals and its percentage is (16.68%) of the whole research community. The pilot study sample is (50) individuals. The authors defined the primary axis and phrases of the questionnaire and showed them to the experts who are (10) from the experts of sports administration from the period of March 2024 to April 2024 to define these axis and phrases suitability for the research subject. The authors calculated the percentage of the experts’ instructions around the questionnaire axis and phrases in fulfilling the research aims. | ||||
