Abstract | ||||
Pregnant bitches were experimentally infected with embryonated eggs of T.canis. Larvae started to appear in mi'k after 2,5,6 and 9 days of parturition and continued for 30 days. The prepatent period was 21-32 days according to the mode of infection. Larvae were seen in different organs of puppies, mice, guinea pigs and bitches. No eggs, larvae or worms appeared in faeces or organs of un-infected puppies suckled artifecially. | ||||
