| Abstract | ||||
| المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى :- استعراض مفهوم التنمية المحلية المستدامة، وشرح أبعاده، ودور الحكم المحلي في تحقيقه، وتحديد التحديات التي تواجه وتبحث الدراسة الدور الذي يؤديه العمل المحلي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، بالانتقال من الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية إلى أهداف التنمية المستدامة، أهمية الاستجابات المحلية للمشاكل والتحديات العالمية التي تستهدفها التنمية المستدامة ومناقشة دوافع الحكم المحلي للمساهمة في التغييرات التي تحقق الرخاء الشامل للجميع، وتحديد الحواجز الرئيسية أمام المحافظات المحلية، وكيفية توسيع نطاق العمل وتحسين ظروف السكان المحليين والمنظمات المحلية. والمجالس، والحاجة. التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ والمتابعة لتحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة. تقدر الدراسة تأثير الحكومة المحلية على التنمية المستدامة في مصر كدراسة حالة باستخدام نموذج اقتصادي قياسي لسلسلة زمنية سنوية من 2000 إلى 2020 لعدة متغيرات تعكس التنمية المستدامة كمتغيرات مستقلة واستخدام حجم الإنفاق على الحكم المحلي كمتغير معتمد، باستخدام نموذج ARDL.. وتوصلت الدراسة :- بوضع إطار عام للحكم المحلي يحدد دورًا واضحًا للوحدات المحلية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة، وتطوير طرق لاختيار القادة المحليين، بشرط أن يكون لديهم خبرة ومؤهلات أكاديمية، والعمل على إنشاء مراكز معلومات في المحلية. Abstract This study aims to review the concept of sustainable local development, explain its dimensions, the role of local governance in achieving it, and identify the challenges facing the local governance in achieving sustainable local development. The study investigate the role that local action plays in achieving the goals of sustainable development, by moving from the Millennium Development Goals to the Sustainable Development Goals, the importance of local responses to the global problems and challenges targeted by sustainable development and discussing the motivations of local governance to contribute to the changes that achieve inclusive prosperity, identifying the main barriers to local governances, and how to expand Scope and improve conditions for local people and organizations. The study estimate the impact of local goverment on sustainable development in Egypt as a case study using an econometric model of annual time series from 2000 to 2020 for several variables that reflect sustainable development as independent variables and using the volume of spending on local governance as a dependent variable, using ARDL model. The study recommended setting a general framework for local governance that defines a clear role for local units in achieving sustainable local development, and developing methods for selecting local leaders, provided that they have experience and academic qualifications, and work to establish information centers in local councils, and the need. Strategic planning, implementation and follow-up to achieve sustainable local development. | ||||
