Abstract | ||||
The problem with the study is that the use of artificial intelligence for corporate governance is not just one problem, and the nature of artificial intelligence indicates the presence of different incentives, and dual-use technology is not a new thing and there are reasons for oversight. Artificial Intelligence is not the first technology in civil society. Artificial Intelligence opens people's lives and societies to tremendous scientific advances, unprecedented opportunities to obtain technology, toxic misinformation that disrupts democracies, and economic turmoil. Artificial Intelligence will lead to a fundamental transformation in operating institutions. It could put pressure on traditional governance models, and make the challenge of artificial intelligence governance different from anything governments have previously faced. The study aims to: 1- Identify the most important issues of governance and organization. 2- Learn about artificial intelligence governance initiatives. 3- Study the role of artificial intelligence in developing corporate governance. The research results showed that the use of artificial intelligence is an unparalleled challenge for political institutions around the world, and they will have to set new standards for modern, dynamic technology, mitigate its potential risks, and achieve a balance between the disparate interests of geopolitical parties, and these parties will come from the sector increasingly private, and will require a high level of coordination on the part of governments, including competitors and strategic adversaries. | ||||
