| Abstract | ||||
| إن الإنسان لا يسلم من الخطأ والعصيان إلا من عصمه الله تعالى من الأنبياء والمرسلين، ومن وظيفة الرسالة الإلهية: الأخذ بيد العصاة؛ لإخراجهم من ظلمات العصيان إلى نور الخير والإيمان، وهذا يتطلب تعاملاً حكيمًا، ومعاملة مزينة بالقيم الكريمة، من أجل تأليف قلوبهم نحو الخير؛ ولذا جاء بحثي لبيان تلكم القيمة الرفيعة التي أرشدنا إليها نبينا الكريم r من خلال سنته الشريفة قولاً وفعلاً وتقريرًا، متبعة المنهج التحليلي في معالجة مسائل البحث، وذلك باستقراء النصوص الشريفة الواردة في هذا المضمار، ثم تحليلها وبيان دلالتها، واستخراج ما يستفاد منها من الفوائد والقيم للتعامل مع العصاة. وقد تكلل البحث في النهاية بجملة من النتائج، أهمها: أن الهدف الأسمى من مواجهة العصاة والتعامل معهم هو إصلاحهم وتوجيههم نحو الخير، وليس عقابهم أو إيذائهم، وأن التعامل الصحيح المحلى بالرحمة والعطف والتعاون هو ما يحقق تلك البغية المنشودة. The research summary indicates that the human being is not immune from error and disobedience except for those whom Allah has protected from among the Prophets and Messengers. One of the functions of the divine message is to take the hands of the disobedient and lead them from the darkness of disobedience to the light of goodness and faith. This requires a wise approach and dealing with them in a manner adorned with noble values, in order to incline their hearts towards good. The research aims to explain this lofty value that our noble Prophet (peace be upon him) guided us to through his noble Sunnah in words, deeds, and approvals, following an analytical approach in addressing the research issues. This is done by surveying the noble texts mentioned in this regard, analyzing them, explaining their implications, and extracting the benefits and values that can be utilized in dealing with the disobedient. The research concludes with a set of findings, the most important of which are: The highest goal in confronting and dealing with the disobedient is to reform them and guide them towards good, not to punish or harm them; and the correct approach, adorned with mercy, compassion, and cooperation, is what achieves this desired objective. | ||||
