Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to improve social responsibility among Cairo Water Company employees. The study relied on a quasi-experimental approach with two groups. The results showed that the program had a significant impact on differences in responsibility levels between the experimental and control groups after its implementation. There was also a significant impact on differences in responsibility levels between the experimental group's measurements before and after the implementation of the program. There were no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the control group of adults in the pre- and post-program measurements on the responsibility level scale. There were no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group of adults in the post- and follow-up measurements of the program on the responsibility level scale. The study resulted in several recommendations to shed more light on the study of responsibility among adults within Egyptian society, and to design and implement a number of programs to develop responsibility among adults in various institutions. | ||||
