| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وعي عينة البحث بالريادة الادارية بأبعادها (التخطيط الجيد – القدرة علي التأثير الإيجابي وادارة الفريق – التقييم وتصحيح المسار) والاجمالي وعلاقته بتحمل المسئولية بأبعادها(المسئولية المجتمعية –المسئولية الوطنية – المسئولية الشخصية) والاجمالي واستشراف المستقبل بأبعاده (استشراف المستقبل في المجال المهني – استشراف المستقبل في المجال الأكاديمي - استشراف المستقبل في المجال الأسري) والاجمالي مع مقترح لبرنامج ارشادي واشتملت الأدوات على تم استخدام عدة أدوات للحصول على البيانات اللازمة للبحث وقد اشتملت على : استمارة البيانات العامة لشباب المدن الجامعية وأسرهم ، استبيان الوعي بالريادة الادارية بأبعادها ، استبيان الوعي بتحمل المسئولية بأبعادها استبيان الوعي باستشراف المستقبل بابعاده (المهني – الأكاديمي – الأسري) وتكونت العينة من عينة البحث الاستطلاعية :- قوامها 40 من الشباب الجامعي وذلك لتقنين أدوات البحث عينة البحث الأساسية:لاكتمال البيانات فتكونت عينة البحث من (267) شاب / فتاة تم اختيارها بطريقة عمدية غرضية من طلاب المدن الجامعية الفرقة الرابعة بجامعة المنوفية.( كلية التربية عام - كلية التربية النوعية قسم بأقسامها (الاعلام التربوي –تكنولوجيا التعليم –الاقتصاد المنزلى – التربية الفنية –التربية الموسيقية )- كلية الأداب – كلية الهندسة ) من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة ومن طلاب المدن الجامعية الذين يسكنون بالمدينة الجامعية من عامهم الأول بكلياتهم ويكونوا ضمن فرق الانشطة الطلابية بالكلية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها وتبويبها وجدولتها وتحليلها احصائيا باستخدام برنامج (Spss Ver 22). وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا بين الريادة الادارية ككل وتحمل المسئولية ككل بأبعادها (المسئولية الاجتماعية –المسئولية الوطنية – المسئولية الشخصية) عند مستوي معنوية 0,01 حيث بلغت قيمR (0.789**، 0.723**، 0.882**، 0.808**) كما يتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الريادة الادارية ككل أبعادها واستشراف المستقبل ككل ، استشراف المستقبل في المجال المهني ، استشراف المستقبل في المجال الأكاديمي عند مستوى معنوية 0,01 حيث بلغت قيم R (0.756** ،0.707** ، 0.845**) على التوالي أي كلما زادت الريادة الادارية زادت القدرة على استشراف المستقبل وبالتالي يمكن القول أن الريادة الادارية لم تعد مجرد مهارة مهنية بل تشكل قاعدة لبناء شخصية شبابية قادرة على القيادة والمبادرة وتحمل المسئولية في كافة مجالات الحياة. ويوصي البحث يالاستفادة من المعلومات والبيانات والنتائج المتحصل عليها في إعداد وتصميم برامج إرشادية تهدف إلى تنمية الوعي لكافة فئات المجتمع ومؤسساته بأهمية الريادة الادارية للشباب ودورها في بناء الشخصية المتكاملة، كما يساهم البحث في الكشف عن عوامل القوة والضعف لدى طلاب المدن الجامعية والعمل على تنميتها، دعم السياسات التعليمية والتنموية تفيد نتائج هذا البحث واضعي السياسات التعليمية في تصميم مناهج تدعم الريادة وتحفز المسؤولية والتفكير المستقبلي تعزز نتائج البحث من فعالية برامج القيادات الشابة والمبادرات الوطنية في التنمية المستدامة. The research aims to study the research sample's awareness of administrative leadership in its dimensions (good planning, ability to exert positive influence and manage the team, evaluation and course correction), and its relationship to taking responsibility in its dimensions (community responsibility, national responsibility, personal responsibility), and its relationship to the overall and future foresight dimensions (professional future foresight, academic future foresight, and family future foresight). The overall and proposed guidance program included several tools used to obtain the necessary data for the research, including: a general data form for university campus youth and their families, an entrepreneurship awareness questionnaire, and a questionnaire. English: Administrative dimensions, a questionnaire on awareness of bearing responsibility in its dimensions, a questionnaire on awareness of anticipating the future in its dimensions (professional - academic - family). The sample consisted of an exploratory research sample: consisting of 40 university students in order to standardize the research tools. The basic research sample: For the completeness of the data, the research sample consisted of (267) young men / women who were chosen in a deliberate, purposive manner from fourth-year university student housing at Menoufia University (Faculty of Education in General - Faculty of Specific Education Department with its departments (Educational Media - Educational Technology - Home Economics - Art Education - Music Education) - Faculty of Arts - Faculty of Engineering) from fourth-year students and university student housing students who live in the university city from their first year in their colleges and are part of the student activity teams at the college. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and after collecting the data, it was unloaded, tabulated, tabulated and statistically analyzed using the program (Spss Ver 22). The results showed a statistically significant positive correlation between administrative leadership as a whole and assuming responsibility as a whole in its dimensions (social responsibility - national responsibility - personal responsibility) at a significance level of 0.01, where the R values reached (0.789**, 0.723**, 0.882**, 0.808**). It is also evident that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between administrative leadership as a whole and anticipating the future as a whole, anticipating the future in the professional field, and anticipating the future in the academic field at a significance level of 0.01, where the R values reached (0.756**, 0.707**, 0.845**) respectively, meaning that the more administrative leadership increases, the more the ability to anticipate the future increases. Therefore, it can be said that administrative leadership is no longer just a professional skill, but rather constitutes a basis for building a youthful personality capable of leadership, initiative, and bearing responsibility in all areas of life. The study recommends utilizing the information, data, and results obtained to develop and design guidance programs aimed at raising awareness among all segments of society and its institutions about the importance of youth leadership and its role in building a well-rounded personality. The study contributes to uncovering the strengths and weaknesses of youth and working to develop them. Supporting educational and development policies: The results of this study benefit educational policymakers in designing curricula that support leadership and stimulate responsibility and future-oriented thinking. The study results enhance the effectiveness of youth empowerment programs and national initiatives for sustainable development.
