Abstract | ||||
The current research aimed to evaluate the role of financial management and understand the reality of environmental performance evaluation in light of the Balanced Scorecard, applied to Kuwait Airways. The study used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of regular customers who interact with Kuwait Airways, consisting of 150 customers, of whom 105 participated. The study employed Alpha analysis to test the reliability of the questionnaire, and descriptive analysis methods were used, such as means, standard deviations, and relative weight. The study also used the T-test and F-test to test the study's hypotheses, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V.22). The research concluded with several findings, including that the financial dimension achieved an average weight of 81.73%, while the environmental performance dimension also achieved average weights. The case study on Kuwait Airways supported the research hypotheses, which indicated the impact of financial management and environmental performance evaluation on the financial dimension of the Balanced Scorecard. | ||||
