Abstract | ||||
Sustainable development is a vital topic that is increasingly important in today's world, where States strive to balance economic growth, environmental preservation and social justice. This research addresses the concept of sustainable development as a comprehensive framework aimed at meeting today's needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs, this requires consideration of the various dimensions of this process, as well as consideration of the legal basis for development since the adoption of the Declaration on Human Rights through the Declaration on the Right to Development, including international treaties and conventions that have established the basis of the right to development and sustainable development, and without overlooking the basis for development in the Egyptian Constitution and Egyptian laws. - Research problem The problem of the research is to understand how the legal and regulatory dimensions of sustainable development are integrated into Egypt's national legislation and international treaties and instruments. | ||||
