Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to analyze the concept of climate justice and its relationship with sustainable development goals (SDGs), identify the dimensions through which climate justice impacts the sustainability of environmental resources, and examine the challenges facing the achievement of climate justice in the context of sustainable development. The study employed several integrated scientific approaches, including inductive, historical, descriptive, and analytical methods, to comprehensively address its objectives. The study concluded several key findings, most notably the positive correlation between achieving climate justice and enhancing the environmental dimensions of the SDGs. Climate equity contributes to improving resource sustainability and mitigating the adverse effects of climate change. It was found that climate justice plays a pivotal role in fostering social and economic development by protecting the most vulnerable groups from the impacts of climate change. The study presented several recommendations, including the necessity of strengthening international cooperation to support developing countries in addressing the consequences of climate change by providing fair financing and advanced technologies to help them achieve the SDGs. Additionally, it emphasized encouraging specialized scientific research in the field of climate justice and its impact on economic and social dimensions, to provide decision-makers with accurate information and up-to-date statistics. | ||||
