| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم مدى تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وفقا لنظام المواصفة القياسية الدولية ISO 30401:2018في مستشفى المنصورة الدولى. اعتمدت الدراسة على قائمة الفحص المستندة إلى المواصفة القياسية ISO 30401:2018 لجمع المعلومات وقياس مدى التطبيق والتوثيق ، واستخدم الباحثان برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات لقياس الوسط الحسابي المرجح ،حيث استخدم الباحثان المقياس السباعي لليكرت لقياس التطابق ما بين الواقع ووفقا لنظام المواصفة القياسية الدولية ISO 30401:2018. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها: • أن مستوى التطبيق والتوثيق لهذه المواصفة بلغ (43%)، مما يشير إلى وجود فجوة نسبتها (57%) وهذا يدل على أن المستشفى حقق أقل من نصف المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة المعرفة وفقا لنظام المواصفة القياسية الدولية ISO 30401:2018. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: . تتطوير آليات قياس كفاءة إدارة المعرفة. تنفيذ نظام رقمي لمتابعة وتحليل البيانات. تحديد مسئوليات واضحة لتبادل المعرفة بين الإدارات المختلفة. تعزيز توثيق المعرفة. كما قدمت الدراسة آليات تنفيذ عملية لتلك التوصيات ،وقدمت مجموعة أخرى من التوصيات تخص الباحثين من أجل الدراسات المستقبلية في هذا المجال. This study aimed to analyze and evaluate the extent of knowledge management implementation according to the international standard ISO 30401:2018 at the Mansoura International Hospital. The study relied on a checklist based on the ISO 30401:2018 standard to collect information and measure the extent of implementation and documentation. The researchers used the SPSS program to analyze the data and calculate the weighted mean. The seven-point Likert scale was employed to measure the alignment between the actual practices and the requirements of the ISO 30401:2018 standard. The study yielded several key findings, the most significant of which are: The level of implementation and documentation of this standard reached 43%, indicating a gap of 57%, which suggests that the hospital has met less than half of the necessary requirements for knowledge management according to the ISO 30401:2018 standard. The study recommended several suggestions, including: Developing mechanisms to measure the efficiency of knowledge management. Implementing a digital system for tracking and analyzing data. Defining clear responsibilities for knowledge sharing across different departments. Enhancing knowledge documentation. Additionally, the study provided a set of implementation mechanisms for these recommendations and proposed a series of further recommendations for researchers conducting future studies in this field. | ||||
