| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام فى تخفيف شدة التلعثم لدى عينة من الطلاب المتلعثمين، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج التجريبى ذى التصميم التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (5) تلاميذ من الذكور المتلعثمين، ممن يدرسون بالمعاهد الأزهرية، التابعة لمركز شبين القناطر، بمحافظة القليوبية، وتراوحت أعمارهم من (13-14) عامًا، بمتوسط عمرى قدره (6,13) عامًا، وانحراف معياري قدره (0,51). وطبق عليهم الأدوات الاَتية: استمارة جمع البيانات والمعلومات (إعداد: الباحث)، ومقياش شدة التلعثم للمراهقين (إعداد: الباحث)، وبرنامج العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام لتخفيف شدة التلعثم لدى الطلاب المتلعثمين (إعداد: الباحث)، وتم تطبيق البرنامج العلاجى فى العام الدراسى 2024م/2025م خلال الفصل الدراسى الأول، واستغرق تطبيق البرنامج حوالى (شهرين ونصف تقريبًا)، وتكون من (27) جلسة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي فاعلية العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في تخفيف شدة التلعثم لدى التلاميذ المتلعثمين، ووجود تحسن كبير فى الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية أدت إلى تحسين طلاقة الكلام؛ مما أدى بدوره إلى تخفيف شدة التلعثم لدى عينة البحث، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضًا فاعلية العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام فى خفض التوتر والخوف من التحدث مع الاَخرين، وتعديل أفكارهم حول قدراتهم على التحدث أمام الاَخرين، وتحسين مشاعرهم السلبية، مما أدى إلى تخفيف شدة التلعثم لديهم، وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة التدخل المبكر للتصدي لاضطراب التلعثم، من خلال توعية الآباء والمعلمين والمربين بالأساليب التربوية السوية في تربية الأبناء، وضرورة توفير جو من الألفة والمحبة داخل الأسرة، وإعطاء الفرصة للأبناء فى التعبير عن شخصيتهم وآرائهم بكل حرية، وضرورة مساعدة الطلاب على المشاركة فى الأنشطة الاجتماعية والإذاعة المدرسية, لكسر حاجز الخوف من الكلام بمشاركتهم فى الأنشطة التعليمية، وضرورة الاهتمام بتحسين المرونة النفسية لدى المتلعثمين، مما يساعدهم على تحسين تواصلهم اللفظى. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام، التعلثم، الطلاب المتلعثمون The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the acceptance and commitment therapy program in alleviating the severity of stuttering among a sample of stuttering students, The research sample consisted of (5) male students who stutter, who study at Al-Azhar institutes, Their ages range between (13-14) years, with an average age of 13,6 years, and a standard deviation of (0.51),The following tools were applied to them: a data and information collection form (prepared by the researcher),a stuttering severity scale for adolescents(prepared by the researcher),and an acceptance and commitment therapy program to reduce the severity of stuttering among students who stutter(prepared by the researcher).The therapeutic program was implemented in the academic year 2024/2025 during the first semester. The application of the program took approximately(about two and a half months),and consisted of (27) sessions, The results of the current research showed the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy in alleviating the severity of stuttering among stuttering students, There were significant improvements in the psychological and social aspects that led to improved speech fluency, Which in turn led to reducing the severity of stuttering among the research sample, The results also showed the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy in reducing stress and fear of talking to others. And modifying their ideas about their ability to speak in front of others, and improving their negative feelings, which led to reducing the severity of their stuttering. The necessity of early intervention to combat stuttering disorder, by educating parents, teachers, and educators about proper educational methods for raising children. The necessity of providing an atmosphere of intimacy and love within the family, giving children the opportunity to express their personalities and opinions freely, the need to help students participate in social activities and school radio, to break the barrier of fear of speaking by involving them in educational activities. The need to work on improving the psychological state of addicts, which helps them improve their verbal communication. | ||||
