| هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مدى رضا معلمي تدريبات النطق في محافظة جدة حول الخدمات المقدمة لطلبتهم في المرحلة الابتدائية، والتعرف إلى مدى رضا معلمي تدريبات النطق عن الخدمات المقدمة لطلبتهم التي تعود لاختلاف الجنس (معلمين، ومعلمات)، وعدد سنوات الخدمة (أقل من 6 سنوات، 6-10 سنوات، وأكثر من 10 سنوات)، والمؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، ودراسات عليا)، ومكان العمل (مراكز، معاهد، برامج في المدارس)، وعدد الدورات التي حصلوا عليها (ثلاث دورات فأقل، بين 4-6 دورات، 7 دورات تدريبية فأكثر)، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على معلمين اضطرابات النطق واللغة العاملين في المراكز والمعاهد وبرامج التربية الخاصة الملحقة بمدارس التعليم العام الحكومية، في محافظة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية خلال العام الدراسي الحالي 1446هـ.، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة عينة ممثلة مكونة من (75) معلماً ومعلمة شكلوا أغلب أفراد مجتمع الدراسة بنسبة مئوية بلغت (81.5%) تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المسحية من المدارس، وقد تم إعداد مقياس يقيس مدى رضا معلمي تدريبات النطق حول الخدمات المقدمة لطلبتهم في المرحلة الابتدائية، حيث تكونت أداة الدراسة بصورة أولية من (52) فقرة وأبعاد سبعة. وهي كما يلي: الرضا عن الخدمات النفسية الإرشادية، والرضا عن الخدمات التأهيلية، والرضا عن الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي اضطراب النطق من الناحية الصحية الطبية، والرضا عن الخدمات التربوية، والرضا عن التشخيص للطلبة ذوي اضطراب النطق، والرضا عن الخدمات الترفيهية، والرضا عن الخدمات الانتقالية. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الرضا عن الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي تدريبات النطق، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعلمين والمعلمات في الرضا عن طبيعة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة في تدريبات النطق، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية في مدى رضا المعلمين عن الخدمات المقدمة لطلبتهم تبعا لسنوات الخدمة والمؤهل العلمي ومكان العمل وعدد الدورات التدريبية التي حضرها المعلم، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات. The current study aimed to identify the extent of satisfaction of speech training teachers in Jeddah Governorate with the services provided to their students in the primary stage, and to identify the extent of satisfaction of speech training teachers with the services provided to their students, which are due to differences in gender (male and female teachers), number of years of service (less than 6 years, 6-10 years, and more than 10 years), academic qualification (bachelor's degree, and postgraduate studies), place of work (centers, institutes, programs in schools), and the number of courses they have obtained (three courses or less, between 4-6 courses, 7 training courses or more). The study relied primarily on the descriptive analytical approach, as the study was applied to teachers of speech and language disorders working in centers, institutes, and special education programs attached to public education schools in Jeddah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the current academic year 1445 AH. The study sample included a representative sample consisting of (75) male and female teachers who constituted the majority of the study community members, at a rate of A percentage of (81.5%) were selected by the survey sample method from schools. A scale was prepared to measure the satisfaction of speech training teachers with the services provided to their students in the primary stage. The study tool initially consisted of (52) paragraphs and seven dimensions. They are as follows: satisfaction with psychological counseling services, satisfaction with rehabilitation services, satisfaction with services provided to students with speech disorders from a medical health perspective, satisfaction with educational services, satisfaction with diagnosis for students with speech disorders, satisfaction with recreational services, and satisfaction with transitional services. The results indicated a high level of satisfaction with the services provided to students from the point of view of speech training teachers, and the absence of statistically significant differences between male and female teachers in satisfaction with the nature of services provided to students in speech training, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages in the extent of teachers' satisfaction with the services provided to their students according to years of service, academic qualification, place of work, and the number of training courses attended by the teacher. In light of the results of the study, some recommendations and proposals were made. | ||||
