| Abstract: The objective of the current study was to determine the perceived degree of supervisory advice satisfaction and how it relates to educational counselors' desire for accomplishment. Using the descriptive survey method, a questionnaire with 22 items was created and distributed on two axes: motivation achievement among educational counselors (11 items) and supervisory guidance satisfaction (perceived) (11 items). Once validity and reliability were confirmed, the questionnaire was given to a sample of 135 educational counselors. The findings indicated that there was a high level of achievement motivation and a medium level of supervisory guidance satisfaction (perceived), and that there was a significant positive relationship between the two, the findings also indicated that, in favor of graduate studies, there were statistically significant differences in the degree of achievement motivation and supervisory guidance satisfaction based on educational level, but not in the variables of gender or experience. A list of suggestions was created considering the findings. | ||||
