| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع معرفة معلمي ذوي الإعاقات الفكرية والنمائية بالدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي أثناء قيامهم بأدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم الوظيفية في معاهد التربية الفكرية ومدارس الدمج من المرحلة الابتدائية حتى المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة القصيم ومدينة الرياض، كما تسعى الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات معلمي ذوي الإعاقات الفكرية والنمائية بحسب المعرفة بالدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي والتي تعود إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية. استخدمت الدراسة التصميم الكمي كدراسة وصفية، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة للدراسة من إعداد الباحثان. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (366) معلمًا ومعلمةً لذوي الإعاقة الفكرية والنمائية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة الكمية إلى وجود معرفة لدى معلمي ذوي الإعاقات الفكرية والنمائية بالدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث اتضح بأن لدى المعلمين وعيًا بتعليمات الدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي، وفهمًا لأهمية تنظيم العمل الإداري. كما وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستويات المعرفة بالدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي ومتغير الجنس، لصالح (المعلمين)، بينما لم تظهر وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستويات المعرفة بالدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي ومتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة. وتوصي النتائج بتعزيز الجهود المبذولة لمعرفة الدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي من قبل العاملين في مجال التربية الخاصة باستمرار، وأن ترافقها إجراءات تدعم تطبيق هذه المعرفة في البيئة التعليمية. This study aimed to reveal the reality of the knowledge of teachers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of the organizational and procedural guide while carrying out their roles and job responsibilities in intellectual education institutes and integration schools from elementary to high school in the Qassim region and the city of Riyadh. The study sought to reveal the differences between the responses of teachers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities according to knowledge of the organizational and procedural guide, which are due to demographic variables. The study used the quantitative design as a descriptive study, and the questionnaire tool was used for the study prepared by the researchers. The study sample consisted of (366) male and female teachers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The results of the quantitative study indicated that teachers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have a high degree of knowledge of the organizational and procedural guide. Thus, it became clear that teachers are aware of the instructions of the organizational and procedural guide, and understand the importance of organizing administrative work. Moreover, the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the levels of knowledge of the organizational and procedural guide and the gender variable, in favor of (male teachers). While there were no statistically significant differences between the levels of knowledge of the organizational and procedural guide and the variables of academic qualification and number of years of experience. The results recommend that efforts made to learn the organizational and procedural guide by workers in the field of special education be continuously enhanced, and that they be accompanied by procedures that support the application of this knowledge in the educational environment. | ||||
