| Abstract | ||||
| Some individuals who are entirely edentulous may not be able to get an implant-supported fixed prosthesis due to nerve proximation and insufficient residual alveolar bone availability. To solve the issue in these impaired cases, nerve transposition and grafting are necessary. The All-on-four idea is an alternate strategy. By tilting the distalmost implants on the edentulous arches, this technique makes it possible to place longer-diameter implants, which gives the prosthesis sufficient support with a shorter cantilever arm. This enhances the distance between implants, strengthens the anchorage of the implant in the bone, and maximizes the prosthesis's antero posterior spread. The use of various materials in dentistry has been made possible by the development of computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM). Compared to other polymeric materials, PEKK has superior mechanical and physical qualities, including low density, high strength, and tolerable wear resistance. A complete fixed dental prosthesis supported by a mandibular implant uses polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) as the prosthetic framework. | ||||
