| Abstract | ||||
| يشكل رأس المال البشري أحد أهم الموارد الاستراتيجية التي تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، حيث يرتكز على تطوير القدرات والمهارات البشرية التي تُعزز من الابتكار وتحقيق الأهداف البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. ففي ظل التحول الرقمي الذي يشهده العالم اليوم أصبح الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري أداةً محورية لتفعيل التنمية المستدامة. وتعتبر الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، حيث أنها تحاول توضيح العلاقة بين رأس المال البشري والتنمية المستدامة في ظل المجتمع الرقمي. وتكمن أهميتها في اهتمامها بقضايا مرتبطة بالبشر وهي رأس المال البشري والتنمية المستدامة، فهما من القضايا الملحة التي تفرض نفسها الأن علي الساحة العلمية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي علاقة رأس المال البشري بالتنمية المستدامة في ظل المجتمع الرقمي. واعتمدت الدراسة الحاليةً على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة وذلك للتعرف علي علاقة رأس المال البشري بالتنمية المستدامة في ظل المجتمع الرقمي. واعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات علي استمارة الاستبيان طبقت علي عدد 75 عامل من العاملين بالمنطقة الاستثمارية بميت غمر. وتأتي أهم نتائج الدراسة لتؤكد علي أهمية رأس المال البشري في انجاز التنمية المستدامة، ولكي يتحقق ذلك لابد من توافر العديد من العوامل وأهمها ضرورة توظيف التكنولوجيا الرقمية في خدمة البشر؛ بالإضافة الي ضرورة تبني الدولة المصرية لسياسات تكنولوجية متطورة تشجيع الشركات والمؤسسات وكذلك الأفراد علي المُضي قدماً نحو تحقيق مستقبل أفضل. Human capital is one of the most important strategic resources contributing to achieving sustainable development. It relies on developing human capabilities and skills that enhance innovation and achieve environmental, economic, and social goals. In light of the digital transformation the world is witnessing today, investing in human capital has become a pivotal tool for enabling sustainable development. This study is classified as a descriptive-analytical one, as it seeks to clarify the relationship between human capital and sustainable development within the context of the digital society. Its significance lies in its focus on issues closely linked to people—namely, human capital and sustainable development—both of which are pressing topics on the current academic agenda. The study aimed to identify the relationship between human capital and sustainable development in the digital society. The present study adopted the social survey method using a sample to examine the relationship between human capital and sustainable development in the digital era. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 75 employees working in the investment zone in Meet Ghamr. The study's most important findings underscore the importance of human capital in achieving sustainable development. For this to happen, several factors are essential, most notably the need to harness digital technology to serve humanity. Furthermore, the Egyptian state must adopt advanced technology policies that encourage companies, institutions, and individuals to move forward toward a better future. | ||||
